Restrooms and showers, Wheelchair accessible boardwalk. Open daily 6 am - 9 pm. Fee $3.50 per vehicle with less than 8 passengers, otherwise $1.00 per person.

| N. PENISULA STATE RECREATION AREA: |

Take A1A five miles North of Ormond Beach. This 900 acre park offers two miles of beaches and extends from river to ocean. Four tennis courts, basketball, ballparks, fitness and nature trails, fishing pier, shuffleboard, picnicking and playground. Vehicles are not permitted on the beach.

A1A South of Daytona Beach, 386-428-3384. See 24 miles of pristine beaches. nature trails, canoeing, fishing, observation platforms and Turtle Mound, an archaeological site. Open from 6 am to 8 pm during Daylight Savings Time. Winter hours from 6 am to 6 pm. Fee $5.00 per vehicle.

South side of Ponce Inlet, New Smyrna Beach. Fishing, swimming, picknicking, pavilion. The park is open from sunrise to sunset. there is an admission charge of $3.50 per vehicle.

| BLUE SPRING STATE PARK: |
|
I-4 West to exit 54, Deland, 386-775-3663. Named Florida's best manatee observation point and home of the Blue Spring "boil" which produces 105 million gallons of water a day. Fishing, canoe rentals, picnic areas, scuba diving, swimming, camping, nature trails and the historic Thursby house. Open from 8 am to sunset. Admission $4.00 per car up to eight passengers.

Ponce DeLeon and Burt Parks roads, DeLeon Springs. Swim, fish, scuba dive, canoe or paddleboat in spring water. Trails, picnic pavilion, boat landings and a museum. An old Spanish sugar mill which now houses a restaurant. Open 8 am to sunset. Admission is $3.25 per car of eight passengers.

Take I-4 to exit 53, take right after Shoney's onto Dirksen. 200 acre preserve on DeBary Creek near lake Monroe. Large swimming platform and wading area to enjoy the clear spring water.
